In this first episode, Carlien Donkor interviews Ellen Schultz, Director for Strategic Partnerships, about her work at the Fairmount Water Works Interpretive Center, housed in a historical pumping station. They discuss how the historic national landmark, through active preservation and community engagement, has evolved from an icon of innovative water engineering to an exemplary hub that now serves people through public water education and capacity building programs.
